Brian & Heather ►►► Married!!!

The easiest way to remember wedding anniversaries is to have it on a big day, like a holiday, like Halloween. Brian & Heather were married on Halloween, 2009. The wedding ceremony was held on the Terrace of the Hyatt. The weather was beautiful and perfect. The couple themed their wedding around one of their favorite Tim Burton movies – “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. Some of the cool details from their wedding consisted of the uber cool cake topper and the table decorations. Here are some fun shots from their big day, and please leave a comment if you can.

Congratulations Brian & Heather!!!

Jordan and Jordan’s wedding at Eastminster Presbyterian Church was amazing. I loved capturing some candids outside before and after the wedding. The sky was a little overcast, but it really helped give some pop to the colors they chose for their wedding. After the wedding, we headed to Exploration Place for the reception. Something cool and different about their reception was they had gaming tables for those who didn’t want to dance. Here are some of my faves from their big day…

Congratulations Jordan & Jordan!!!

Jared & Ashley ►►► Married!!!

Brian and I had the opportunity to photograph Jared & Ashley’s wedding on Saturday. What a fun couple to hang out with for a day!

Brian and I decided to change up our routine and switch who photographs who before the wedding. This time I went with the groom and he went with the bride for the getting ready shots. I think it’s fun to change up a routine so not to get stuck in a rut. Here are my favorite images from Jared & Ashley’s big day…

Aaron & Jennifer ►►► Married!!!

Photographing Aaron & Jennifer’s wedding was a lot o’ fun yesterday. I met Jennifer at The Hotel Old Town where she was getting ready with her bridesmaids. After arriving at the church by limo, we had it set up for Aaron to see Jennifer for the first time during their quiet moment. On our way to the ceremony we stopped by The Keeper of The Plains Statue for some fun candids and then it was off to the Mid-America All Indian Center for the reception. It was a beautiful wedding and the reception was a lot of fun. We really enjoyed working with Tinley and her staff from Jubilations Event Planners. They really helped make the day go really smooth.

Congratulations Aaron & Jennifer…

Barry & Kim ►►► Married!!!

Barry and Kim were so much fun during their engagement session that I knew their wedding would be fun too. After getting ready at Barry’s parents house, we headed outside to capture their “quiet moment”, which is the couple seeing each other for the first time, and to get some fun candids as well. Did I mention they had great weather for their wedding day? Then we were off to  Nativity Pines for the ceremony and reception.

Congratulations Barry and Kim!!!

Daniel – Betty ►►► Married!!!

Brian and I photographed Daniel and Betty’s wedding today. The ceremony and the reception was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, here in Wichita, KS. Beautiful overcast day allowed for some fun pictures of the couple both inside and outside. Here are some of my faves from Daniel and Betty’s wedding…

Brian and I traveled to Salina, KS to photograph Cody & Bethanie’s awesome wedding. I thought at first the weather wasn’t going to play along but after a little sprinkling in the morning it turned out to be a very beautiful and sunny day.

The ceremony was held at The First Southern Baptist Church, the same church that just lost it’s steeple to a very heavy duty storm a couple of weeks ago. Here’s the news link to that story. The hole had been patched as it would have made for some interesting ceremony photos. The reception was held at Rolling Hills Wildlife Zoo just outside of Salina. What a cool place to have a reception!

Congratulations Bethanie & Cody!!!

Annie & David ►►► Married!!!

Annie & David were married in the always fun and fantastic – The Scottish Rite Masonic Temple. They’re friends and family made the wedding a very memorable one for them. This also was our first time working with Stacey from Jubilations Event Planners. They really helped make the wedding day flow smoothly, which definitely helps me out. Here are some fun images from my perspective of Annie & David’s wedding…

Congratualations Annie & David!!!

Aurora & Jacob ►►► Married!!!

Aurora & Jacob were married in St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Newton, KS and the reception was held at the Cotillion in Wichita, KS. Aurora went to  her grandmother’s house to get ready for her big day and once she was ready we took some candids around the house. Stopping by the train station in Newton sounded like a fun idea for candids of the wedding party. There was also a little park nearby, and once I saw the shopping cart I knew I needed an image of them with it. I was grateful for the weather cooperating and allowed me to capture some fun images of  Aurora & Jacob on their big day!

Congratulations to Aurora & Jacob!
